When you visit any of our parks, one of our friendly Sales Advisors will answer all of your questions about holiday home ownership. As we deal with many new owners just like you each year we may already have the answer to some of your queries here.

When can I stay at my holiday home?

You can stay whenever you like during the holiday season. We have included the details for each of our parks below:

Thurston Manor Leisure Park 15th February 2017 –  3rd January 2018

Pease Bay Leisure Park and Viewfield Manor Leisure Park 1st March – 31st January each year

Riverside Leisure Park  12 months

Heather View Leisure Park 12 months 

Kingfiser Leisure Park 12 months

Can I choose the pitch for my holiday home?

Yes. When you visit we’ll show you around the park and highlight the various locations that are available to you.

Can I allow family and friends to use my holiday home?

Yes. It’s your holiday home and you can invite family and friends to visit and stay with you as often as you like. However, commercial subletting is not permitted.

What annual charges can I expect?

In addition to your utility bills, rates and insurance, you pay an annual pitch fee which contributes towards the running costs of the park. Ask for a copy of our Site Charges sheet which details current fees.

What purchase options do I have?

We accept banker’s drafts, most major credit or debit cards and cash up to a maximum of £9,000. Alternatively we offer a range of finance purchase plans. With just a small deposit you can spread the cost of your purchase with fixed affordable monthly repayments. Visit our Finance page for more information.

How much deposit will I need to pay?

Used and new holiday homes will require a cash deposit of approximately 10% of the purchase price or £1000, whichever is higher, to secure the purchase.

I already own a holiday home on another park – what are my options?

We welcome owners from other parks, in fact we have many new owners that join like this each year. We may be able to take your current holiday home in part exchange against a holiday home purchase at your chosen park or alternatively agree that your holiday home can move from your existing park. Just ask our Sales Advisors for details.

How quickly can I move in to my holiday home?

If you purchase a new model that we have in stock or one of our pre-owned holiday homes, we can normally arrange for you to start your holidays within two weeks of agreeing your purchase. Special order new models may take a little longer but we will advise you of delivery times on the particular model you choose.

Could I live in my holiday home all year round?

No, your holiday home must not be your main residence; you would be required to provide a residential address at the time of purchase.

May I bring my dog?

We welcome most well-behaved dogs - and their considerate owners - at all of our parks however dogs covered by the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted. Please contact us for further details.
