What days can I arrive on holiday?

We have no set durations or minimum nights stay for our touring holidays. Which means you can arrive any day and stay for as long as you like, subject to availability.

Are your Parks open all year round?

Our parks have the luxury of extended holiday seasons which means you can join us for most of the year. Opening and Closing dates for 2016 are detailed below.

Riverside                     Open all year round

Thurston Manor          15th February 2017 to 3rd January 2018

What size are your touring pitches?

Our pitches do vary in size by park. We have provided an average pitch size below; please contact the park for exact pitch details.

Serviced and Super Pitches 14ft x 30ft

Do you offer Seasonal Pitches?

Yes we offer seasonal pitches at both Riverside and Thurston Manor. Contact the park directly for more information.

What is the voltage for the electric pitches?

The voltage is 10amp for all pitches with electricity.

Are there electrical power points in the toilet blocks?

At Thurston Manor the toilet blocks have a few shaver points however they do not have any electrical sockets.

At Riverside the ladies have one socket and the mens have three.

How old do you have to be to book a holiday?

Our Holiday Parks and facilities are intended for family holidays. Bookings by persons of 21 years of age or younger and single sex groups are not accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking where we feel that the comfort of our guests may be put at risk. We may apply discretion in certain circumstances, please contact our holiday sales advisors on 03300 535 524 to discuss.

Can I bring my pet on holiday?

Yes, we welcome pets are welcome free of charge (maximum two dogs per pitch). Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs covered by the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted. Please contact us for further details.

What is included in the price of my Holiday?

Our holiday prices include your pitch and any relevant services with the pitch. There are no additional charges for awning space, dogs and additional persons.  The price also includes access to the facilities for every named person on your booking. Please Note: There is an additional charge for the use of the Leisure Facilities at Thurston Manor. See Thurston Manor Touring Page for full details.

Most of our entertainment and children’s activities are included in your holiday price; however some are subject to a moderate extra charge. You can find out more details on the Facilities page of your chosen park.

Can I add a special request to my booking?

Yes of course, the Park team will do their utmost to fulfil your request, however it cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to tell you if your request has been met until you arrive at the Park. You can add a request any time prior to arrival by contacting your chosen park directly.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Your pitch will be ready from 2 pm on the day of arrival. You are of course, welcome to arrive before this time and start making use of the on-site facilities, simply report to reception when you arrive at the park. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please contact the Park team directly who will advise you of the out of hours check in procedure.

We ask that all guests vacate their pitch home by 12noon on the day of departure. You are of course, welcome to stay on the park until 5pm that day and make use of the on-site facilities.

What do I do when I arrive at the Park?

When you arrive at the Holiday Park there will be signs directing you to Reception. You will need to take your holiday confirmation with you and you will be provided with your pitch details and welcome information at check in.

Can I get a map of the Park before arrival?

You will be provided with a Park Map when you check in. You can view a copy of the park map online by visiting your chosen park’s page

Are there recycling points on the Park?

Recycling points are available around the Parks so there will never be one far from you. These will be clearly marked on your Park map.

Can I use a barbeque at my Pitch?

We allow the use barbeques as long as they are away from any gas supply. We ask that when using disposable barbecue’s that they are not placed directly on the grass.

Can I amend my holiday?

Yes of course, we understand that your circumstances may change. If you would like to change your contact details, holiday dates, park, pitch or duration, or add additional members to your booking, simply call your chosen park directly. Amendments can only be made by the lead name on the booking and may be subject to an administration fee.

How do I cancel my booking?

If you are unable to go on your holiday, simply contact your chosen park directly. They will always try to find an alternative for you, however if cancellation policy has not been taken and you need to cancel your booking completely, no refund will be offered.
